At Midtown Health & Wellness, we take a comprehensive and compassionate approach to treating patients with anxiety. Our team understands that anxiety manifests differently for each individual, which is why we begin with a thorough assessment to understand the root causes and unique challenges each patient faces. We offer evidence-based treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), medication management when appropriate, and holistic strategies like mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques. Our goal is to empower patients to gain control over their symptoms and develop effective coping skills in a safe and supportive environment.
We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. At Midtown Health & Wellness, our providers collaborate closely with each patient to ensure their treatment plan aligns with their lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Regular follow-ups and open communication are essential parts of our process, allowing us to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments along the way. Whether a patient is dealing with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, or social anxiety, our team is committed to helping them find relief and achieve long-term emotional wellness.
Starting a therapy program at Midtown Health and Wellness proceeds in 3 steps:
We will provide a general assessment of your circumstances the very first time you contact Midtown. During this screen, we discuss your mental health care needs and how we can help you.
In addition, we will help you to understand your insurance coverage for our programs.
On your first visit to the office, a medical team including physicians and therapists will assess your physical and mental health. Based on this assessment, we create a personalized care plan for you.
Your mental health care program may begin on your first visit. Alternatively, when necessary, we will schedule your program for a suitable time.
When necessary, you will be prescribed medication to treat your depression or anxiety.
We will organize therapy at convenient hours that do not interfere with your work schedule.
Your therapy process will consist of specific goals so that you can assess your progress.
